At one of our customers, a number of processes were to be digitized and partially optimized. The aim was to simplify communication and streamline processing.
For such a complex process, which affects almost all areas of a company, a joint workshop is the first choice to identify the individual topics and coordinate the procedure.
It turned out that Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online would be the linchpins of the solution. It was also agreed to approach the entire process in different phases in order to adapt to the customer’s workload.
